Easy Tender

The first integrated electronic system (in Arab Countries) used as a management tool to facilitate the operation activities conducted in the stages of pre-tendering, tendering and post-tendering process.

It is a system for bill preparation, quantity surveying, estimating, and contract administration.

Since the most adopted procedure in tendering is (unit price method) which is based on Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Easy tender arise as a pioneer application to manage this compound complicated relations among the stakeholders (owners, consultants and contractors) through all stages of tendering process. The idea behind the software is not only to reuse our previous efforts, but also to invest the efforts of others because all of the system users (owner, consultant and contractor) work on single database and single application.

To achieve the goal, we create our (BOQ) to be the reference database for the application.  Sure we didn't start from scratch, we use the methods adopted in several countries and we try to customize our database (BOQ) to be a common reference.  The method of titling the chapters, sections and items is similar to the method adopted by (Master format) Easy tender modules.  To facilitate the application, we divided the software to several modules as follow:
